We have made an easy to understand policy and return process to ensure you have the best experience shopping with Halloween Alley.
Condition 1. We will gladly accept returns that are unworn, packed with the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery - postmarked.
Condition 2. FINAL SALE PERIOD: All Halloween orders requesting refund must be shipped back to us and postmarked prior to October 18th.
Condition 3. Refunds are subject to a $15 flat rate fee per item. This will be deducted from the final refund amount. The flat rate fee includes postage and a restocking fee.
Condition 4. Sale items are a final sale - as well as factory sealed packages, makeup, hosiery, undergarments, pet costumes, teeth, prosthetics, wigs, and masks.
We do not accept returns in store. All online returns must be processed online.

Step 1: Print Out the return label prompted on the screen.
Step 2: Put the items to return in the same or similar package.
Step 3: Seal the package and tape the return label to the outside of the box.
Step 4: Take it to the nearest carrier location to be delivered.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, please wait 3-4 business days for the refund to be processed. You will get an email confirmation once we initiate the refund process.
Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween season, the processing time may take up to 2-4 weeks.

When filing the reason for return, please stipulate that your product is defective.
We do not accept returns in store. All items are final sale. If you have purchased an item in store and that item is defective, please contact your local Halloween Alley store to discuss your replacement options.
