1. Endora – Bewitched
Endora is the witch-mother of Samantha, the main character from Bewitched! Does this mortal-hating character tickle your fancy, or leave a sour taste in your mouth? Beware of your answer, or you might face her wrath…
2. The White Witch – The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe
The White Witch is not to be trifled with. She wields freezing magic that can turn your friends to stone-and will do it on a whim! She also does battle with twin swords, so you’d best not mess with her. Her friendly face is a facade – her heart is as cold as ice! But, perhaps, could that be something you like to see in a witch…? This is an awesome idea for a DYI costume for Halloween 2015.
3. Winifred – Hocus Pocus
Okay, let’s face it: Hocus Pocus is awesome. Not only does Winnie have two groupies that follower her around, but she’s evil enough to turn people into cats on a whim! She’s an embodiment of evil (capable of shooting green lightning!) but does that make her more sinister than our witch #4 on our list?
4. The Wicked Witch of the West – The Wizard of Oz
The original lean, mean, green, bewitching machine! This iconic character from The Wizard of Oz is truly a wicked antagonist-but does that make her the best? You decide!
